1. What Nomato is
Nomato is an entertainment website that simulates food ordering and delivery. No food is ever ordered, cooked, packed or delivered. Restaurants, menus, prices, riders, vehicle numbers, ETAs and maps are fictional. Nothing on the ordering flow is a commercial offer and no money is charged for an "order".
2. Using the site
You may use Nomato for personal, non-commercial fun. Do not use it to defraud, harass or deceive anyone into parting with money, and do not present a Nomato tracker as a real order from a real business. The prank feature reveals itself automatically; do not try to strip or delay that reveal.
3. Tips to the team
Tips are voluntary contributions towards hosting, domain and design costs. They buy no product, service, membership or benefit, and they are not an investment or donation to a charity.
4. Nomato Cares
Nomato Cares is an awareness and discovery feature. Nomato does not collect, hold or route contributions for any cause: campaign pages link out to the named partner organisation, and you pay that organisation directly on its own website. Nomato is not a registered charitable institution, holds no 12A or 80G registration, and issues no donation receipts. Any receipt or tax benefit is a matter between you and the partner. 5. Advertising and links
Nomato may display advertising and affiliate links. Advertisers do not control editorial content. Clicking an affiliate link may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you; such placements are labelled.
6. Content and IP
Food visuals are original illustrations generated for this fictional site. Nomato is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any real restaurant, delivery platform or brand. Regional dish and city names are used descriptively.
7. No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided "as is" for amusement. To the extent permitted by law, Xspark LLP is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, including any misuse of the prank feature by a user.
